Description
It is a WIFI temperature water level controller, which is connected with a temperature probe and a five-wire water level electrode. It can be set by APP to achieve temperature control, constant temperature water supply or ordinary water supply functions.
Note: The default version A is: powered by AC220V (available for range 210V to 240V).
If your country is 110V, no 220V, you can choose Version B: DC12V
The DC12V version includes DC12V power adapter, EU/US/UK/AU power plug optional. We will send correct power plug to fit for your country.
The product is suitable for a variety of occasions, such as HVAC systems, solar thermal water processes, boilers, and aquaculture.
Wiring Connection
A: WIFI configuration button or Relay output 1 manual switch.
B: Relay ouput 2 manual switch:
Users can press the button A/B to switch on/off Relay 1/2 manually. It is only effective when the current temperature or water level is between the preset start and stop value.
C: WIFI Configuration Indicator or Relay Output 1 Status Indicator
D: Relay Output 2 Status Indicator
Terminal 1 & 2: connect with temperature sensor
Terminal 3: No use.
Terminal 4: 100% water level (Blue cable）
Terminal 5: 75% water level (Green cable)
Terminal 6: 50% water level (Yellow cable)
Terminal 7: 25% water level (Red cable )
Terminal 8: COM: Common electrode (White cable)
Terminal 9 & 10: Relay Output 1 (Normal Open)
Normally 9 & 10 connects with heater or cooler
Terminal 11 & 12: Relay Output 2 (Normal Open)
Normally 11 & 12 connects with water pumps, used for controlling water pump on/off.
Terminal 13,14: Power Supply AC220V.
Note: If your country is 110V, no 220V, please choose Version B: DC12V.

5. Filling water control switch: control relay output 2 on/off switch
On/Off Switch of Relay 1/2: is only effective when the current temperature or water level is between the preset start and stop value.
6. Switch-prevent water being empty: Mandatory filling water switch, It is used for anti water dry heating protection.
When water level less than 25%, enforce to feed water for avoiding dry heating.

12. Set constant temperature value of auto starting/stopping to feed water, constant temperature control relay 2 on/off.
13. Feed water control mode (Optional): control only by water level or both by constant temperature and water level.
14. Set upper and lower limit of temperature alarm
15. Enable/disable temperature alarm
16. Set upper and lower limit value of water level alarm
17. Enable/disable water level alarm.
Control Mode 1: Temperature control relay output 1
It can control heating or cooling, and automatically judge the mode according to the start value and stop value set by the APP.
Mode 1: Heating mode ( low on, high off )
When the preset start temperature is lower than stop vale, it is heating mode. For example, xx ≤23°C, start the heating equipment; xx ≥42°C, stop it.
Mode 2: Cooling mode ( high on, low off )
When the preset start temperature is higher than stop value, it is cooling mode. For example, xx ≥37 °C, start the cooling equipment; xx ≤20.5°C, stop it.
Control Mode 2: Water level control relay output 2
App setting: Feed water control mode:water level only
It performs to add water only according to preset water level value, no constant temperature limit.
Water level < start up level, relay output 1 connects, start to fill water;
Water level ≥ preset” stop level”, relay output 1 disconnect, stop to add water.
App setting: WL Ctrl mode: only water level
It performs to add water only according to preset water level value, no constant temperature limit.
Water level < start up level, relay output 1 connects, start to fill water; Water level ≥ preset" stop level", relay output 1 disconnect, stop to add water.
Control Mode 3: Constant temperature & water level control relay output 2
App setting: Feed water control mode: Constant Temp
A. Start water pump to fill in water:
If the device meet the two conditions as below at same time, the relay output 2 connects, start water pump to fill water.
1) Water level < start up level
2) Temperature ≥ start up value
B. Stop water pump to fill in water
If the device meet one of the two condition, the relay output 2 disconnects, stop to fill in water.
1) Water level ≥ preset “stop level”, relay 2 disconnect
2) Temperature≤ preset “constant temperature stop value”, relay 2 disconnects
Mode 4: Prevent water being empty
It is used for anti water dry heating protection.
App setting: Switch-prevent water being empty, enable it.
In some special occasion, need enable anti water dry heating protection.
In constant temperature control mode, It will enforce to turn on water pump to fill in water when water level is lower than 25% for preventing dry heating although the preset temperature start up value haven’t reached yet. When the water level less than 25%, relay output 2 delay 10 seconds to connect, then start to fill in water; when water level reaches to 25%, relay output 2 delay 10 seconds to disconnect, then stop to fill in water.
Mode 5: Manual switch control
Relay output 1 manual control: The Button A on device or ” Switch-Temp Ctrl” button on App
Relay output 2 manual control: Button B on device or ” Switch- Feed Water” button on App.
The manual switch is only effective when the preset “start” or stop” value is not reached. So the manual switch only executes on/off command when the temperature or water level between the preset start and stop value.

WIFI: Wi-Fi 2.4GHZ B/G/N, not support 5G.
